Agents and agencies
Want your listings on the site? This is how it works:
- Permission first. Nothing is shown until you say yes, in writing.
- Your page gets the click. Every card links back to the listing on your own site, with your agency named.
- No fee, no contract. Say the word and a listing comes down.
- Our estimate, clearly labelled. The monthly figure on a card is this site's calculation, never presented as yours.
Everyone else
Buyers, owners, lenders, the curious: write if you have:
- A correction. A rate, a threshold or a rule that has changed: tell us and we'll fix it and credit the source.
- A question about a figure. How a number on the page was worked out.
- A suggestion. A calculator or guide you wish existed.
Before you write: three things we get asked most
Are the estimates advice?
No. They use the standard amortising formula and the figures you enter. Your lender's rate, fees and insurance will differ. Treat every number as a starting point, not a quote.
Can you arrange my mortgage?
No. The site doesn't take applications, refer you to lenders or earn commission. Take your numbers to a bank or a licensed broker.
Where do I confirm stamp duty?
With the Ministry of Finance (MOF@GOV.KY) and the forms on caymanlandinfo.ky. Our stamp duty guide links to both; the bands change with the budget cycle.
